Committed to Serving the Profession for 75 Years

Reflecting on how much the world has changed since 1943, we also reflect on how much our profession has changed and grown over the last 75 years. Advances in technology and communication are just two ways in which the business world has been transformed. Throughout all this transition, change, and innovation it has been the role of talent development professionals to help organizations grow and stay competitive by making sure the workforce has the right skills, knowledge, and abilities. It has been our honor to support that work and to see the impact of the field grow in impressive ways.
