Increasingly, members tell us that access to professional development and the latest content in the field are the top reasons why they join and renew with ATD, which is why we’ve changed the way in which members engage with their benefits. Rather than asking members to pick and choose specific benefits, we have rolled out a full library of benefits to include hundreds of TD at Work guides and 99 micro courses. We also made sweeping enhancements to our website, enabling you to have easier access to the tools you need when you need them. We've detailed the updated benefits and website enhancements below.

Members no longer need to sift through our expansive library of resources to find the one they want because we opened access to all TD at Work guides, research white papers, case studies, webcasts, and more. Professional members now have open access to the most essential TD resources providing on-hand tools, analysis and insights. What’s even more exciting is that Professional Plus members have the added benefit of expanding their foundational knowledge with access to a library of 99 micro courses.
