The Government Community of Practice is a community of government learning professionals from federal, state, and local agencies using innovation and collaboration to develop talent in the workplace. By paying special attention to the talent needs and trends in the public sector, ATD creates content that meets the human capital and training requirements of government at all levels. The ATD Government Community of Practice brings together government employees to discuss the tools, research, and trends, including how innovation techniques, collaborative learning, and social and mobile technologies that will influence training and change the next generation of the government workforce.
