The Conference Committee for the Ninth Annual Conference came into being under highly favorable auspices. Its General Chairman, Box Fox, Train-ing Supervisor at Esso's Everett, Mass-achusetts Refinery, and its Program Vice Chairman, W. P. "Cy" de Mille, Direc-tor of Training of The First National Bank of Boston, were both in attendance at the Eighth Annual Conference at French Lick, Indiana.
