This article reports that the Taskforce on the Aging of the American Workplace, led by the U.S. Department of Labor, plans to issue a report on older employees in the workplace as of December 2007. Three areas of study identified by the task force include the response of employers to the aging workforce, opportunities available for individual employment, and legal issues related to work and retirement.
