This immersive learning experience is designed to provide competent facilitators with the skills needed to become effective facilitators. You will participate in role-playing activities; work through real-life scenarios; gain insight from the stories of top-notch facilitators; and leave with facilitation tools, techniques, and best practices that you can immediately apply in your work.

Your learning experience will be guided by an exceptional facilitator who has a deep knowledge of successful facilitation strategies. These strategies will be demonstrated as you move through the program, giving you the opportunity to observe critical facilitation techniques in action.

You will also share your facilitation experiences with others, and be able to put your skills into practice by preparing for and facilitating select segments throughout the session.

This program is well-suited for those who need to build their facilitation skills for the C-suite.

Attendance Policy

Participation in all originally scheduled days of the program is mandatory in order to receive the certificate of completion and 1.4 CEUs. Participants who miss more than two hours of the entire program will not be eligible to receive the certificate. Participants who fulfill the attendance requirement will receive a certificate at the end of the program.
