Alfredo is a leader in pioneering new models of learning and performance and people development at workplace, generating improvement of the business results in global companies. He is a multi-lingual Euro-Brazilian consultant, keynote speaker, board director, MBA professor and business books writer. He also acts as a faculty at FIA University and GE Corporate University, for the last 12 years.

Alfredo has traveled the world spearheading leadership models and learning solutions at business environment, mainly in the areas of change management, quality improvement, storytelling, corporate governance and consultative sales. His 35 years of professional experience has given him the recognition from international T&D professionals and associations, after designing and implementing blended learning programs in more than 120 companies in more than 25 countries.

Session: Strategic Storytelling - How Storification Can Impact Talent Development

Storytelling is the art of telling a story that will influence listeners by using logic to provide a link between diverse facts and emotions. The narrative must create an emotional experience to help the listener commit it to memory. Storyfication is the application, in a strategic way, of these principles in a workplace environment. Based on a book published by ATD Press and the speaker's experience implementing storytelling in global organizations, this session will prepare you to apply corporate storytelling to talent development programs to improve competencies and create an engaged environment.

As a powerful management tool, the principles of corporate storytelling will make a difference in many programs, such as leadership development, sales, change management, communication, knowledge management, and presentation techniques. In this session, you will:
