Krishnamurthy Shankar

Krishnamurthy (Krish) Shankar is an executive vice president and the group head of human resource development at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the road map for HR, driving the talent strategy, and implementing HR priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate. Krish has more than 30 years of experience and has led several global HR functions in organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Philips, Hindustan Unilever, and Unilever. In his wide-ranging experience in these organizations, he has led the transformation of HR, facilitated organization-wide transformation and capability development, and built a strong talent pool through a series of leadership development initiatives.

Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has received an executive certificate in strategy and organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Rebecca Ray

Rebecca Ray serves as executive vice president, knowledge organization, of the Conference Board. In this role, she has oversight of the research planning and dissemination process for all three practices areas—corporate leadership, economy and business environment, and human capital—and is responsible for the research agenda, which, in turn, drives much of the business planning process for the Conference Board. She is responsible for overall quality and the continuing integration of the Conference Board’s research and engagement efforts. Rebecca is also the leader of the global human capital practice, and hosts the monthly Human Capital Watch webcast, which explores current issues, research, and practitioner successes in the field of human capital. She oversees the Human Capital Exchange, a website that offers research and insights from the Conference Board, human capital practitioners, and the Conference Board’s knowledge partners.

He joined Lupin in 2006. Rituraj has a bachelor’s degree with honors in chemistry, a diploma in pharmacy, and a master’s degree in marketing management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He has attended several other advanced management programs at IIM Ahmedabad.

Shachi Irde

Shubha Prabhat serves as an assistant vice president in the analytics and research practice of Genpact. In her current role, she leads the end-to-end talent development functions spanning across technical, domain, industry, and corporate skills. She is responsible for building a robust talent strategy that enables Genpact to acquire, develop, retain, and grow the best in the analytics industry.

He is the head of delivery assurance for the insurance vertical at Wipro, which was responsible for providing oversight on large programs across the vertical. He also headed delivery for a global business information services provider. His responsibilities included account growth strategies, CSAT, delivery, and operational excellence.

William Miller

For more than 30 years, William Miller has been an internationally recognized expert on corporate innovation. He is co-founder and director of Values Centered Innovation (an India-based corporation), and was head of innovation management at the Stanford Research Institute. William was acclaimed multiple times by Leadership Excellence as a global top 30 thought-leader on corporate leadership. Two of his six books have been rated among the top 30 U.S. business books of the year by Executive Book Summaries. Uma Sankar

Uma Sankar, head of learning and development (L&D) for Infosys BPO, is responsible for overall L&D strategy and deployment of behavioral and leadership talent development programs across all levels. This involves alignment, planning, and implementation of learning solutions to support short-term and long-term business objectives. At a time when the business process outsourcing industry is going through a huge transformation, learning within Infosys is increasingly moving toward adoption of technology and leveraging digital learning to ensure employees are future ready. For the last 20 years, Uma has worked to shape learning, training, and leadership development in the IT industry. Over the last 12 years, she has contributed to all phases of an evolving learning organization, which entailed setting up the L&D function, and designing and building learning solutions such as learning shared services. Previously, she worked for Capgemini Consulting as the global head of program delivery for its university in France.
