Judy Feng
Head of Organisational Development at The Hong Kong Jockey Club

Judy Feng is the head of organisational development for the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), responsible for the full spectrum of organisation development strategy and processes, including leadership development, talent review and assessment, performance management, succession planning, Jockey Club College, and change management. Judy has more than two decades of experience in organisation development and talent management for high tech and healthcare industries and consulting business in China, Japan, and the Asia Pacific region.

She has received multiple global HR awards in recognition of her leadership in talent development and change initiatives in China and Asia Pacific. She led her team to win an ATD 2017 BEST award for their achievements in the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Judy’s leadership program was written about in a Harvard business case as a best practice in women in leadership. She has also served as Shanghai Amcham HR committee vice chair. She is currently the HKMA HR Development Committee and HK HRM Cross-Industry Training Advisory Committee member.
