Mexico Summit

Every day organizations face different challenges, and talent development professionals are tasked with helping find solutions that contribute to the organization's growth and future goals.

That’s why ATD, the Association for Talent Development and the world’s largest professional association dedicated to the field, is hosting the ATD Mexico Summit. This event is unlike any learning experience in the industry. From the environment, to the cutting edge content and participants’ collaboration and networking, attendees at the ATD Mexico Summit will encounter a unique opportunity to be empowered in their work – regardless of their role.

Business people and entrepreneurs in Mexico and Latinamerica, share similar challenges: how to adapt to constant change while operating under a VUCA environment; how to win in a competitive global Marketplace; and how to manage a diverse workforce.

The challenges for leaders are no less daunting: how to manage different generations in the workplace; how to lead in times of recession; how do handle change in the organization; how to develop HIPOs (high potential employees); and how to generate engagement.

Team members also face daily challenges: how to use technology to improve performance; how to impact business results; how to stay engaged and grow professionally.

This year, ATD Mexico Summit 2016 will address these challenges. Presenters will help attendees by revealing practical solutions using the best proven tools available, and determining their aplicability in Latin America and Mexico. The keynote speakers will cover topics like the Gamification and Virtual Reality, practical application of Neuroscience, and new leadership practices that impact business results.
