Arzu is a learning and development manager at Teknosa. She has assisted many companies with her development expertise. Arzu began her career as a trainee at the Holiday Inn Express in Istanbul. She then worked as a research analyst in PIAR-Gallup. In 1992, she worked as a training specialist with Oriflame Cosmetics, and moved on to become a regional sales manager and later the sales development manager. Arzu became the sales and marketing manager with Multinet in 1999. She worked as a training and PR manager for M&M Cosmetics, and served as a division manager in Avon Cosmetics between 2004 and 2005. Arzu joined Teknosa in 2005, and currently serves as the learning and development manager with Teknosa Academy. Arzu is a member of ASTD, Peryön. She is also the vice president of TEGEP. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Middle East Technical University and a master’s degree in tourism management from Istanbul University. She also earned a degree in international marketing from the Institute of Commercial Management.
