Darlene Frederick is vice president of Strategic Services at Skillsoft, where she leads a division which provides resources and expertise to customer learning teams on blended learning projects, learning strategy and program management. Since joining Skillsoft in 2000, she has served as a practitioner, manager and director of the core consulting services group before taking the helm of the professional services team. Darlene’s passion is promoting a new definition of “blended learning” that goes beyond course and classroom models to foster experiential learning supported by technology.  Her personal interests are travel, culture and language.
