Wasuthorn Harnnapachewin is the head of leadership and organizational development for Slingshot Group, based in Bangkok, Thailand. As a senior consultant for one of the top three coaching firms in Thailand, Harnnapachewin has been involved in more than 150 human resource development projects. Her experience working with clients from a wide range of industries has given her unique insights into the talent development field. She is passionate about helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through more effective people development. In addition to her full-time job, Harnnapachewin founded CareerVisa Thailand, a program that helps university students find work they can be passionate about through internships, on-the-job training, and career coaching and mentoring.
