In many organizations, HR areas implement very interesting programs, that maybe get results, but in most of cases there isn't an evaluation strategy; so, there is no evidence to demonstrate the impact on performance or business results. In this session, we will review three case studies that include not only a program but also a comprehensive evaluation. Upon completing this session, participants will be able to: Identify key elements to plan an evaluation using Phillip’s ROI Model Distinguish between a Data Collection Plan and an ROI Analysis Plan Review three different programs evaluated, including Business Impact Discuss how to improve or move forward in Evaluation in their own organizations.
