Sandra L. Williams is an associate professor and program coordinator of the human resource development program at Northeastern Illinois University. She teaches courses in HRD consulting, organization development, facilitation, and instructional design, emphasizing applied experiences for active learning. Her research interests include e-mentoring, trust building, and core values in the workplace. Sandra is also the immediate past president of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
