Russell Robinson
ABOUT ME
Russell Robinson is the senior training and engagement adviser for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Program Support Center. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor within the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development. Within the federal government, he works with leaders on being strong and inspiring, selecting a developing talent and creating open and safe cultures. As a passionate champion of employee engagement, Robinson has spoken at several domestic and international conferences, focusing on aspects that improve the workforce experiences for civil servants. He is a qualitative researcher who focuses on exploring and capturing the experiences of employees relating to engagement, voice, silence, and change management within the public sector. Robinson holds a doctorate in education in higher organizational learning from George Washington University. He received a master’s degree in public administration from American University and his bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Dayton.
