Marsha Dollarhide
ABOUT ME
Marsha Dollarhide is an instructional systems designer for the Defense Acquisition University’s (DAU) South Region, the Army Enterprise Senior Service College Fellowship, and Specialty Engineering and Education programs. In this role, she is responsible for instructional and knowledge systems design, support, and development of the faculty career section, communication, and leadership/resource management. Prior to DAU, Dollarhide served as the contractor program manager responsible for support of the Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command’s (AMCOM) G-1 strategic Leadership Development initiative, “Build the Bench.” She led the development of the AMCOM’s Leader Development Life Cycle framework. Earlier in her career, Dollarhide served as organization excellence project manager, Rockwell International, Space Systems Division, coaching site leaders in strategic planning and leading deployment of continuous improvement processes. Dollarhide is certified as a Project Management Professional, with experience in Fortune 500 commercial, DoD, and NASA contractor organizations, and has led technology and organization development/effectiveness programs, as well as numerous operational efficiency projects with values ranging up to $80 million and up to 75 team members. She holds degrees from the University of Dallas and Western Illinois University. Dollarhide is a member of the DAU Alumni Association, the Project Management Institute, and ASTD and has served on the boards of directors within all these organizations. She and her husband, Lenard, reside in Huntsville, Alabama. They have three children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
