Kathryn Medina is an experienced human resources executive, who has proven to be a talented and disciplined leader across sectors and industries. Recently, she joined APCO Worldwide, a global business strategy firm, as the head of HR and global talent. Prior to joining APCO, she served in the Obama administration for over four years. Kathryn has over sixteen years of experience in human resources and business administration, with a primary focus on strategic management, organizational and HR development, and performance management. She earned her BS in business administration, and holds an MA in global human resource development from the University of Illinois.
