Richard E. Kopelman is a professor of management at the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College, and academic co-director of the Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) Program. He is the author of more than 150 journal articles and chapters; his research has focused on improving work motivation, productivity, and organizational performance. Kopelman serves on the editorial review boards of three journals, and is writing a text to be published by Routledge on improving performance via the Cube One Framework.
