ABOUT ME
Timothy Brock is CEO of The Institute 4 Worthy Performance, an associate of the ROI Institute, and a practice leader with The Institute for Performance Improvement. He provides assessment, measurement, evaluation, and analytics consulting services for Fortune 500 companies, as well as education sessions and workshops at international conferences, company-sponsored talent development initiatives, and public venues. He has more than 30 years of learning, performance improvement, and results-based evaluation experience with military, government, education, healthcare, and corporate organizations around the globe. Timothy created a nurse professional development program designed to ensure patient safety and quality of care by rapidly closing the critical thinking and adaptability gap of novice nurses. He also worked with the Project HOPE Country Director-Iraq to integrate an immersive learning solution at an in-country hospital designed to accelerate the expertise development of nurses and other healthcare professionals. Timothy holds a PhD in education, and is a Certified ROI Professional and Certified Performance Technologist. His publications include Training NASA Astronauts for Deep Space Exploration Mission: A Research Study to Develop and Validate a Competency-Based Training Framework and chapter 7 in Healthcare Simulation. He also facilitates several ATD certificate courses. He is an adjunct professor at Franklin University and Webster University.
