David Berke is a principal at Lorsch, Berke & Associates, LLC. He has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant, manager, and individual contributor in the fields of executive, management and leadership development, succession planning, and organization development. He has worked with managers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He was a senior staff member at the Center for Creative Leadership for 13 years. David has written three books.
