Nelson Er
ABOUT ME
Nelson Er is the chief of the Decennial Data Collection Training Branch at the United States Census Bureau. Prior to joining the Census Bureau, Nelson oversaw in-house production of more than 1,000 e-learning and virtual classroom training seat hours at the U.S. Postal Service. He has more than 15 years of instructional design, multimedia design and development, and blended learning experience. He focuses his practice on building innovative digital solutions. Nelson holds a master of education in instructional psychology and technology from the University of Oklahoma. In addition, he has an MS and a BS in engineering. He is certified Bronze level in Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification Program.
