Susan Onaitis is founder and president of Global Learning Link, a New York-based firm that specializes in helping corporations improve the performance of their sales and management professionals. Susan is a corporate sales trainer, speaker, and author with extensive experience in sales, sales management, and sales training. After a successful 16-year career with Avon Products and The Knoll division of Westinghouse, she founded Global Learning Link in 1996. With an MEd in training and development, Onaitis offers the unique combination of frontline sales experience and educational background in instructional design/adult learning. She has designed and conducted training throughout the world for corporate clients including Colgate Palmolive, Estee Lauder, Prudential, Associated Press, and The Bank of New York Mellon. She is also a dynamic speaker who has presented to organizations such as National Coast Guard Auxiliary, American Society of Journalists/Authors, and Society for HR Management.
