Jim Wylde
ABOUT ME
Jim Wylde is an associate certified coach (ACC) and facilitator with a passion for empowering groups and individuals to develop collaborative solutions, particularly in the context of sustainable development. With 25+ years of experience in global career and leadership development, networking and diversity, he strives to build community in every setting.As a faculty member at George Mason University’s School of Management, Jim taught the course “Managing in a Global Economy.” His background includes 16 years with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the main source of multilateral financing and expertise for sustainable economic, social and institutional development in Latin America and the Caribbean. He is a co-author of the forthcoming book  Strategic Connections: The New Face of Networking in a Collaborative World (fall 2014).
