Jeanne C Meister is a best selling author of three books, internationally recognized consultant and keynote speaker. 

Jeanne is Partner of Future Workplace, ( a firm that provides executive education to HR leaders and high-potential managers to build the skills & capabilities needed for success in the workplace of the future. Jeanne is the best selling author of three books, two of these books are on the launch and globalization of corporate universities and her latest book is entitled: The 2020 Workplace: How Innovative Companies Attract, Develop & Keep Tomorrow’s Employees Today (Harper Collins) focuses on how to prepare today for the future workplace.

The 2020 Workplace book was recognized as one of the top 30 business books in 2010 by Soundview, has been on the on bestseller list for 800 CEOREAD for three times and as recently as September 2012, and is the 2011 winner of the Bellwether Award by Community College Futures Assembly, recognizing an innovative body of work that will lead community colleges into the future.  The 2020 Workplace has also won the Axiom Business Book Award in Bronze category For Best Business Book For Human Resource professionals.

Recently, Jeanne was honored by the ASTD as one of five Distinguished Leaders of the ASTD New York City Chapter. 

Jeanne consults and offers workshops on such topics as; developing social media literacy, fostering a global mindset, building generational IQ, and harnessing innovation in the workplace. Some of the corporations Jeanne has worked with over the past year include: Disney, Fidelity Investments, Kaiser Permanente, Panasonic, Sherwin-Williams, Steelcase, Turner Broadcasting Systems, WW Grainger. In addition, Jeanne has also worked with the following agencies of the federal government; FAA, Commodity & Future Exchange, Department of Energy, Department of Education, Department of Interior, Internal Revenue Service, Office of Personnel Management, Securities & Exchange Commission, and Department of VA.  The government agency assignments have focused on both the development and re-invention of a corporate university as well as on the identification of new innovative human resources practices. 

Jeanne’s books have been translated into Estonian, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. In addition, Jeanne has written articles and has been profiled in such publications as AACSB, Association of Business Schools, Chronicle of Higher Education, CLO Magazine, Financial Times, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Harvard Management Update, HR Executive, Journal of Business Strategy, TRAINING, T&D Magazine, Outlook, a publication of Accenture, People & Strategy Journal, and Workforce Management Magazine. Her article Mentoring Millennials in the May, 2010 Harvard Business Review, offered a strategy and set of recommendations for how managers can adopt current human resource & learning practices to better attract & engage Millennials.
