Elden Maxwell
ABOUT ME
Elden Maxwell has worked in California, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and New York. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience and has worked in multiple industries, including retail, hardware, software, other high-tech, and business process outsourcing services. Based in Rochester, New York, Elden manages teams that work around the globe. As the vice president and global head of talent management for Sutherland Global Services, he is responsible for executive and leadership development, general skills training, high-potential development and succession planning, organization constructs and development, employee engagement strategies and programs, performance management, global recognition programs, and career development. He also serves on the global HR executive steering committee.  Under Elden’s leadership, Sutherland has won an ATD BEST Award and Achievers’ 50 Most Engaged Workplaces award. Prior to his work at Sutherland, he led talent management at Symantec. Elden has a master’s degree in business management and an undergraduate degree in history. He considers himself a lover of life-long learning.
