Neelaanjana Paul is an instructional designer with close to 10 years of experience in the learning and talent development field. She currently works for the HR department of a leading IT multinational corporation, and has designed training programs for a wide variety of audiences. Neelaanjana has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in zoology. Prior to entering the training industry, she was a senior research fellow with a scientific institute.
