Rajlakshmi Saikia is the assistant vice president of corporate L&D at Genpact. In her current role, she is responsible for driving collaboration and marketing of the L&D function, internally and externally. Rajlakshmi has more than 10 years of experience in HR, communications, and media. She is a social media enthusiast and believes in the power of collaboration and aggregation to support learning across boundaries. Rajlakshmi has a master of business administration degree.
