Olga Buchko
ABOUT ME
Olga V. Buchko is a PhD candidate in human resource development and organizational change, and comparative and international education, in the College of Education at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to moving to the United States, she worked in education, project management and leadership roles in the Ukraine. In 2010 she came to the United States through the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program, a Fulbright exchange activity designed for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. She earned a master’s degree from Taurida National University in Simferopol, Ukraine, as well as South Ukrainian State Pedagogical University in Odessa, Ukraine. Olga’s broad research interests include cultural intelligence, global leadership, human resource development, and organizational change.
