Michael S. Schell is CEO of RW3 CultureWizard, an intercultural training organization that provides multinational organizations with CultureWizard, an online learning platform, along with instructor-led training to develop global business skills. Michael developed the Windham Intercultural Model and the Intercultural Awareness Model, which is leveraged by hundreds of thousands of global businesspeople to work more effectively across cultures. Michael co-authored Managing Across Cultures: The Seven Keys to Doing Business With a Global Mindset and Capitalizing on the Global Workforce: A Strategic Guide to Expatriate Management. Prior to founding RW3 CultureWizard, Michael was the CEO of Windham International, a global intercultural relocation consulting and management firm, which was founded in 1991 and acquired in June 1999 by GMAC. Prior to that, he was president and founding partner of Moran, Stahl & Boyer, a business location and global relocation consulting company.
