ABOUT ME
Kim Rogers is a Senior Consultant with Knightsbridge in Ottawa. Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Kim worked as a senior consultant at a boutique leadership development firm in Toronto. During this time, she assessed, coached and consulted at the executive and director levels across many business sectors both in Canada and the US. Prior to that role, she was a change management consultant in the Energy sector where she gained valuable corporate experience and perspective. Kim has also had the exciting opportunity to work at the International Labour Organization (ILO), a specialized agency of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, where she co-authored a book on workplace violence. Kim's focus is on helping maximize individual, team and organizational performance. She is a trained assessor and certified coach who takes great pride in working with senior leaders as they strive for their professional and personal goals. She has had the privilege of working with numerous organizations to develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives aimed at building the leadership capacity needed to realize the organization's strategic goals. Kim has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors including financial services, educational, telecommunications, professional services, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, publishing and government. A sought-after presenter, Kim has spoken to members of the College Committee on Human Resource Development and various provincial ministries, universities and Crown Corporations on talent management, succession planning and developing leaders for the future.
