Rick Grbavac is vice president of account management at Cerebyte and co-author of The Star Factor with William Seidman. Rick has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to medium-sized organizations in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and high tech. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in business from the University of Oregon.
