Theodore Pietrzak is on the faculty of the School of Education and Professional Services at New York Institute of Technology. He coordinates the master’s of science degree in instructional technology program for learning and performance professionals across business, nonprofit, and government sectors. He has experience in business and industry in both internal and external consulting roles and in academic settings in the areas of business, education, and adult learning. His expertise includes performance and learning, measurement and evaluation, key competencies for professionals, and personal and group effectiveness.
