Sally Koppy is a lead instructional designer for OptumRx, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. OptumRx is a five time ATD BEST Award recipient. Koppy currently serves as an ATD national advisor for chapters and is an ATD Kansas City chapter past-president. She is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in talent development and institutional advancement. Her expertise is in the development, delivery, and management of comprehensive education and training programs for all levels of the organization. Koppy earned her B.A. in Organizational management specializing in human resources management. She will graduate in May 2016 with a M.S. Ed. specializing in adult education from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. In her free time, Koppy loves camping, hiking, gardening, her chickens and ducks, and Paleo cooking.
