Liz Grissom is a partner and senior content strategist at Unboxed Technology. A member of the ATD Greater Richmond Chapter, she’s passionate about authentic communication, building the kind of training people want to take, and user-friendly platforms. Liz has worked closely with clients such as BH Media Group, Allianz, Comcast, and 24 Hour Fitness to develop programs and technology that train sales professionals, grow leaders, and onboard employees. She’s produced content in a variety of formats, from live action video and animation to instructor-led courses and online assessments—and is always interested in targeting how people learn best. She writes regularly for the Unboxed blog and takes a relational approach to problem solving. 

Before joining the Unboxed team, Liz managed field communications and served as an employee forum moderator of a large retailer. She honed her journalism skills as a contributing writer for Richmond Magazine, Richmond BizSense, and Ragan Communications. She holds a BA in English and Media Arts & Design from James Madison University and an MA in Writing & Rhetoric from Virginia Commonwealth University.
