As senior program director at LUMA Institute, Caitlin Toombs Silverstein partners with organizations to develop catalysts and cultures of innovation. Prior to joining LUMA, Caitlin spent seven years at Continuum, a global design and innovation consultancy. Throughout her career, Caitlin has remained passionate about sharing human-centered design with all organizations and believes that the methodology is relevant and applicable across all industries. She has worked closely with companies in the financial services, life science, retail, consumer packaged goods, government, healthcare, and public service industries. She has also co-taught a design thinking course at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
