Lucia Yan Liu is the CHO of Urwork and an experienced human resources management professional and practitioner. She collaborates with various business groups within Urwork, including production, research and development, sales, and marketing. Additionally, Lucia has a wide range of expertise in HR strategy and operations, including organization development, staffing, performance management, learning and development, culture development, and employee relationships.  Lucia has accumulated 15 years of experience working with multinational companies such as Siemens China and Motorola China. Specifically, she was the head of the learning campus, talent acquisition, and HR strategy for Siemens China and the head of staffing and manufacturing business partners for Motorola China. Lucia also spent four years in government with the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. Prior to working for Urwork, Lucia worked as an independent consultant. Her professional consultancy focuses on organization and competence development and leadership and learning. Lucia’s expertise covers the design and facilitation of structured programs, workshops, and individual learning courses. Lucia holds an EMBA from CEIBS and a Master of Arts in English language and literature. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, an Associate Certified Coach, a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a CPP MBTI Certified Trainer.
