Joe has been involved in every aspect of learning development since 1983. He holds a degree in computer science and has published several books, research papers, and articles about e-learning. He is widely considered a guru for his expertise in e-learning development, and teaches workshops and seminars at commercial companies, government facilities, leading universities, and industry conferences, where he is a frequent keynote speaker. Joe is one of only eight members of the Adobe E-Learning Advisory Council and is an Adobe Certified Captivate Expert.
