In an increasingly competitive world, every business process must add value.  The true measure of training effectiveness is whether or not it improves on-the-job performance.

That’s the real finish line for learning, not the last day of class or the final e-learning quiz.

Reaching the new finish line—and earning training a place at the executive table—requires making support for learning transfer an integral part of every program design.  Driving Learning Transfer (D4) is the fourth of the six disciplines we’ll discuss at the Learning Transfer Conference.
