Mary Condon wrote in the article titled, "Straight Talk About Robots," that "the potential for robots to reduce labor costs, improve quality standards, and increase productivity certainly holds promise for reviving U.S. industries that have not been able to match foreign competitors, but this will take time."

Well, it is 29 years later, and most jobs still have humans doing the tasks. Are there jobs in your organization that have been automated? What tasks in your workload could be turned over to robots? How would you train robots to be effective and efficient members of the workforce?
