ASTD Announces Launch of Comprehensive Directory for Learning and Development Academic Programs

Student resource lists accredited L&D degree programs in U.S. and other countries.

ASTD announces the launch of The L&D Degree Directory, the first ever comprehensive directory of learning and development academic degree programs offered by accredited colleges and universities in the United States and some international countries. The directory, an offering from ASTD’s Higher Education Community of Practice, is designed to provide students a useful resource for exploring and comparing academic programs focused on the field of workplace learning and development.

The L&D Degree Directory allows people to search by degree, by institution, and by state location. Listings include the following degree types:
• Bachelor
• Masters
• Graduate Diplomas
• Doctorate

“The learning and development field is growing,” says Cami Best-Jones, the manager for ASTD’s Higher Education Community of Practice. “As the world’s largest association dedicated to this profession, it is important that we provide a resource like this for tomorrow’s learning and development leaders.”
