ASTD announces the keynote speakers for the upcoming 2013 TechKnowledge Conference & Exposition: danah boyd, one of the preeminent experts on social media; Nick Bilton, the lead technology writer for The New York Times; and Rives, the “first 2.0 poet.” TechKnowledge will be held in San Jose, CA, January 30-February 1. The conference is one of the largest e-learning events in the industry.
The opening general session on Wednesday, January 30, will feature danah boyd, and Nick Bilton will speak at the general session on January 31. Rives, a regular TED conference speaker and the “first 2.0 poet” will be the closing keynote speaker on February 1.
The 100+ education sessions are offered in five tracks: E-Learning Design, Implementation Strategies, Platforms and Tools, Emerging Technologies, and Virtual Delivery and Facilitation.
Attendees can also gain hands-on experience with the latest technology tools during the Creation Stations that will happen during the conference.
