The Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations, and Aggregage, Inc., the next generation publisher of B2B sites and newsletters, today announced that they jointly launched Human Resources Today, sponsored by nettime solutions. The site brings together daily content from more than 155 industry thought leaders, including Alison Green, Derek Irvine, Jennifer Miller, Steve Roesler, and Robin Schooling. The site is built on Aggregage’s proprietary social media platform that curates the widest number of sources of online content for the HR market.

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) partnered with Aggregage on Human Resources Today as a means of supporting its mission to empower professionals to develop knowledge and skills successfully. “As a professional association, our goals include providing relevant resources and information to our members and the global community of talent development professionals. Supplementing our own robust content offerings and finding unique information from thought leaders from hundreds of sources online is important, so we worked with Aggregage to simplify this task,” said Tony Bingham, President and CEO of the Association for Talent Development. “Aggregage is a media technology leader that understands the value of timely, relevant, personalized content. We know that their platform will enable practitioners to get the most out of the time they invest in keeping up with the important issues in the talent development and human resources space.”

“Professional societies and trade associations are the backbone of every industry. They build the industry’s community and foster its growth,” said Robert Flynn CEO of Aggregage, Inc. “The Association for Talent Development is truly a leader in so many ways among global associations. We are excited by their forward-looking recognition that online content consumption and social media are critical information channels for busy professionals. Launching Human Resources Today with them is an exciting and important achievement not only for us, but also for the broader HR profession.”
