Jessica Neal Joins Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) announces that Jessica Neal, Chief People Officer for Scopely, the leading touchscreen entertainment network, has joined the Association’s board of directors. She will serve a three-year term, 2016-2018.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been key in building teams for disruptive and fast-growing companies. At Scopely, she is responsible for the company’s hiring efforts and its culture, and how to create a working environment where employees can thrive during a time of rapid growth. Prior to joining Scopely, Jessica was the VP of Talent at Coursera, leading HR and recruiting for the high-growth startup that provides universal access to education.  Before Coursera, Jessica spent almost eight years at Netflix as the VP of Talent and Talent Acquisition. Jessica helped to build Netflix’s corporate culture in her eight-year tenure, running aggressive recruitment efforts and building the teams that transitioned the company’s focus from DVD by mail to the expansive streaming library of today.
