Andria Rollinson is a learning leader and a human capital management consultant. She has extensive experience working with all organizational levels and her business consulting services strategic planning and learning program design and development.
Andria has been in the learning industry for more than 11 years, working as a curriculum developer, instructional designer, and corporate trainer. In her previous role, she was the manager of instructional design and curriculum development for a large nonprofit. In that position, she designed, developed, and delivered e-learning training programs for an online learning university she helped launch to support the learning needs of more than 2,000 employees dispersed nationwide.
Andria studied at Georgetown University, where she obtained a master’s degree in human resource management. She also holds MS and BS degrees in public management from Florida A&M University. She is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), a Master Trainer, and a certified Instructional Designer/Developer and Instructor/Facilitator through Langevin Learning Services.
