In today’s competitive climate, global learning leaders can gain leverage within their vocation by embracing different cultures. With this in mind, ATD’s Essentials of Cultural Intelligence for Learning Leaders program will share practical tools in identifying cross-cultural interaction by revealing the seven factors within the principled model on how we think, feel, act, and are spiritually connected. If you are you a trainer, a coach, an instructional designer dealing with a culturally diverse audience, or a chief learning officer setting up a branch in a new international market, then this online course is for you.

Join us to learn practical ideas you can immediately use to be successful in your daily, globe-trotting challenges. Also, learn the different cultural intelligence factors you need to know and use when dealing with learning and business clients, suppliers, or partners in countries and cultures different than your own. This ATD Essentials program offers a rich discussion about how to go beyond understanding diversity and dive deeper into cross-cultural issues.

The world is becoming smaller, and at times, we focus so much on the differences that we lose the perspective of making the most of our similarities. Instead of focusing more on the differences seek to build on the similarities to be more effective in your interactions. Whether a boss, colleague, or a neighbor, by embracing the differences we will be more effective as learning leaders and set the example within our companies.
