In a February 2015  blog post, ATD Research announced that we were launching an exciting new project that will provide the worldwide talent development community with a picture of the field from a truly global perspective.

Through this project, ATD Research hopes to gather and share with the talent development community information on a range of topics from an international viewpoint, including: trends and challenges in training, learning staff and resources, learning content and delivery methods, and spending on learning. To collect the data, ATD encourages talent development professionals in all countries to take our online survey now by clicking here

This survey is targeted at learning and business professionals who are familiar with the overall learning objectives, strategy, and budget of their enterprise or division. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential; they will be combined with other responses and summarized in a report to further protect your confidentiality.

Your participation is extremely important—having more survey respondents will allow us to gain, and share, greater insights. Among the products we anticipate releasing in late 2015 are a full research report, a whitepaper (free to members), an infographic (free to everyone), and a research webcast (free to everyone).

ATD has translated the survey into selected other languages. For Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic versions. If you wish to take the survey in a language not listed here, please email [email protected] for assistance.

The survey will close on May 1, 2015.
