What is your experience with the ATD International Conference & Exposition

I have attended the conference three times, one time as a speaker (The Realities of a Successful Job Search), and once as a volunteer for the Metro DC Chapter. The other time I was new to the industry.

What do you expect to get out of the ATD 2015 International Conference & Exposition?

Map out what top sessions (topics and speakers) you want to attend before you come to Orlando—you will be surprised how fast the time goes. Figure out what top three to five key things you want to get out of the conference, such as making connections, exploring new ideas, or bringing the hot topics back to your department. This will allow you to be more strategic when selecting what to attend.

She has designed and led international development and change programs in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies. Her expertise includes consulting, change management, coaching, project management, and Lean. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor of science in marine biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
