If there were one emotion I could convey to you regarding ATD’s premiere publication for talent development executives—for you—it is excitement. This quarterly digital magazine has been one of my biggest priorities in 2015, and at long last, we are ready to unveil it.

Called CTDO (Chief Talent Development Officer), this publication is exclusively designed with you in mind. The dynamic content written for C-suite leaders provides a high-level look at the top trends in talent development, and offers practical solutions to burning challenges in the field.

In his letter in the inaugural issue of CTDO, Tony Bingham, president and CEO of ATD, says: “We recognize that the unique needs of C-suite executives require content and resources that are keenly focused on the strategic and the long view—the questions, trends, and ideas that are going to shape the field and by extension the work that happens in organizations. We are focused on bringing you relevant content—and we are committed to sharing your stories. This is a generous profession dedicated to sharing best practices and learning from one another, and you will see that reflected in every issue of CTDO.”

I can’t think of a better way to finish 2015. Happy holidays, and best wishes for a joyful New Year!
