I absolutely love this book! It is a practical hands-on guide to establishing or revamping your talent development program. I love the examples, the tools, and the resources presented. Elaine presents the information with candor and simplicity. It is a must for every professional's bookshelf. I may need to purchase a new copy. I'm wearing this one out!
